Mr Inderjit Singh, an engineer by training, and worked at Texas Instruments for 13 years before he started his entrepreneurial journey in 1997, at the age of 37. He is a true serial entrepreneur having personally started 10 companies of which 6 are successful, 2 still in the process of growing and 3 failed. He has built very large multi-million dollar companies, including high tech companies, from scratch, the largest today, UTAC, generating US$700m revenues.
His experience in building companies and investing in start-up spans over 15 years, and he is very passionate about entrepreneurship. Inderjit is the foremost champion of entrepreneurship in Singapore has been actively driving the transformation of the Entrepreneurship landscape to better support start-ups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. He has been involved in many policy implementations in support of entrepreneurship in Singapore, especially in creating many financing schemes for start-ups and growth companies.
He is currently a co-President of the World Entrepreneurship Forum, a world organization dedicated to the development of entrepreneurship around the world. He is a Board of Trustee member of the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and also chairs NTU’s Enterprise Committee tasked to oversee entrepreneurship education and enterprise development in the university. Inderjit also chaired the investment committee of SEEDs, a government fund investing in start-ups at the early stages. Inderjit is also a rare entrepreneur and Member of Parliament in Singapore and perhaps around the world. He has been the Member of Parliament for the Ang Mo Kio GRC since 1996 and is now serving his 4th term in office.
Inderjit loves writing and he is the author of the sold out popular book called “The Art and Science of Entrepreneurship” which captures his entrepreneurial experiences. Inderjit is also an inventor with 3 patents to his name.
He won the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Social Contributions. Clients include startups to Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Rawat’s earlier career at Xerox and IBM included building trust among large cross functional teams in addressing high priority projects. Even in large organizations, his teams/initiatives successfully executed high risk and entrepreneurial projects.
Patrick Liew MBA MSc BSc is the CEO of HSR Global Ltd, a publicly listed company on SGX-ST. He is also the Chairman, Ayer Rajah Citizens’ Consultative Committee and founder of Success Resources, probably the largest personal development seminar company in the world, a subsidiary of which is publicly listed on ASX.

Matthew Tan is currently serving as a Director of an environmental engineering company where he has until recently served as CEO for the past 10 years.
Matthew’s professional experience encompasses more than 20 years in global marketing management and business development and has held senior management positions in various industries. Matthew has had significant experience in business restructuring and the evaluation new technology and has successfully worked on the commercialization of several new technologies which resulted in a number of startup companies in Singapore.
During this time, he has also assisted these entities and has helped raised more than $100m in R&D and equity funding and also provided business leadership during the startup phase.
